For how long can I hire the photo booth?



Our minimum duration is 3 hours - the set up and pack down is not included in this time. The entire 3 hours is dedicated to time used in the booth. Additional operational hours are charged at £100 per hour.




Is 3 hours enough time?


This depends on your party size. We recommend 3 hours is enough for up to 300 guests.




How many people can fit inside the booth?


Rickshaws: 5 (approximate) BoxFresh: 12+ (approximate)




How much do you charge?


Our prices start from £600.




How can I book?


We will send you a quote, which can then be viewed, approved and paid online via our secure portal.




How can I pay?


Online via our secure portal or via BACs.




Do I need to pay a deposit?


50% of the total booking amount is required as a deposit to secure your event date. The remaining 50% is due 28 days prior to your event.




Do you require a damage deposit?


Yes, we require a deposit of £100 to protect us from any damage caused to our products during the event. This deposit is returned to you provided no damage is caused by either you or your guests.




How many prints are included in the hire?


We offer unlimited prints, meaning whoever gets in the booth gets a copy of their photo.




What size are the prints?


The print size is 6"x4".




What is the quality of the photos and prints?


We use high resolution cameras, studio lighting and professional software to give you the best possible quality. Our prints are made using the latest thermal dye sublimation printers, as used by photo printing companies. The photos print touchdry and waterproof in approximately 8 seconds.




Who owns the pictures and photo rights?


Mobile Moments Limited have sole ownership of all photos taken and processed during any event.




Do you provide props?


We sure do! Our standard prop box of fun includes all sorts of funny hats, glasses and random bits.




Do you supply backdrops?


For our BoxFresh booth, yes we do. We have a selection for you to choose from. Alternatively, you can supply your own. We do also provide a bespoke service so just let us know what you need.




Do you travel nationwide?


Yes, abroad also.




Do you supply a guestbook?


A guestbook can be added to your package for an additional £75. This is to include a guestbook table, guestbook, pens, glue and an additional member of staff to manage the book.




Do you offer anything else?


We also have a rickshaw cycle that can be used as either a prop or for transportation purposes. Please ask for further details.




How long does it take to set the photo booth up?


30 minutes to 1 hour.




What are idle hours?


Idle hours refers to the time the booth is set up but not in use. This time is charged at £60 per hour. For example, if the booth is to be set up for 5pm but not to be used until 8pm, 3 idle hours will be charged.




What space do you require at the venue?


We require a 3x3m space, although the bigger the space the better.




What are your electricity requirements?


We need one standard plug socket as close to the area as possible.




Can the booth be set upstairs in a venue?


The rickshaw booth can be used up or down stairs, provided the venue has a lift or a sloping ramp to access the upper levels. The BoxFresh Booth can be used anywhere.




Can I use the photo booth outdoors or inside a marquee?


Yes, provided there is a flat surface, shelter from the rain and access to electricity.




What happens if the event is running behind schedule?


Our staff will attempt to set up as quickly as possible but will only operate the booth for the time booked. Please ensure we are able to set up 1 hour before the specified start time.




How do I get my damage deposit back?


You will receive an email following your event, requesting your bank details for the deposit to be returned(provided no damage has been caused). If you have not yet received this email, please email info@mobilemoments.london with these details.




Where can I view my photos?


Your photos will be uploaded onto a password protected gallery following the event. You will receive an invitation to view these images via email.




Do you have Public Liability Insurance?


Yes. We have cover for £5m. A copy of the policy can be provided upon request.




Are your photo booths PAT tested?


Yes, a copy of the certificate can be provided upon request.

Can I customise my photo layout and template?


You sure can. We have a selection of photo layouts for you to choose from. If you have a logo/design/hashtag you would like us to incorporate into your photo print out, just send it over to us and we'll handle the rest. Alternatively, we can design something for you.
